Pirelli All Season tire for the 2007 Acura MDX
Pirelli Scorpion Ice & Snow (275x45VR19)

There are two styles of 19" wheels available for the 2007 Acura MDX: 5-Spoke Sparkle Silver and Chrome-look split five-spoke.  Tires are sold separately.  The trick is to find M + S All-Season Tires for this wheel size.  I have found two tires so far. One is a Pirelli Scorpion Ice & Snow (275x45VR19), the other a Goodyear (Eagle LS-2 275/45VR19).  Both found at The Tire Rack. 

DISCLAIMER: Even though these are All-Season tires, they may not perform in the snow as well as the OEM 18" M + S All-Season Michelin's that come on the vehicle.
