Client Letter: Doing Business the Right Way

Rick - First, I love the car.  I mean, who wouldn’t?!?

Second, on each encounter I enjoy getting together with you.  You lay things out fairly, and accurately, and warmly, and easily.  You make what is for many people a dreaded experience, a pleasure.

Third, I love doing business with Flatirons.  Besides the general high quality of the dealership and its products, my experience yesterday was extraordinary and, I’d guess, rather rare.  How many companies with which I might make a deal would come back to me and say, the rates have gone down, and therefore so has your price?!  I don’t know how awards are doled out in your industry, but you guys certainly deserve one for both quality and integrity.

So, thanks for infusing new excitement in my life, and within my budget!
