Click HERE to see a list of Acura Navigation Voice Commands. Lists may vary from model to model.
Alterntively, you can prompt the Navigation System to read aloud the entire list to you...a very convenient option, particularly if you are early in the learning curve. You can do it manually or by voice.
If you do it by voice, simply press the navigation voice command button and say "Voice Command Help.
To do it manually, follow the directions below:
First, Press the INFO button on your navigation system. I am using a 2007 TL for this tutorial (Screens will vary by model). Here is the Information Screen. When you get to this screen, choose 'Voice Command Help.'

When you select 'Voice Command Help', you will see this screen:

From this screen, you can select which set of commands you would like to hear. I chose #2 for General Command Help. You can see the first four commands below. Notice (in the screen below) that in the lower left you can select 'Read List.' If you select this feature, the navigation voice will read you all the Navigation General Commands.
If you press return, you will go back to the previous screen (above) and you can choose another set of commands to have read to you.

Who is the voice behind the Acura Navi System - is it a real person or
computerized voice?
Looking for a name if possible.
Sorry, Dennis, I do not know the answer to your question.
I just purchased an 2004 Acura MDX and a new DVD, 2007 version, for the
navigation system. The navigation system manual did not come with my
recent purchase. Besides purchasing a paper manual online are there any
"online" manuals to help in getting the system set up?
