All 2007 Acuras have extra fuses inside the fuse boxes. The MDX has two fuse boxes under the hood. There are diagrams inside the box covers indicating the function of each fuse...some easy to understand, some not. If the diagram has diagonal lines in one section, that is where you will find the extras. All the sedans have such diagonal lines. The MDX and RDX do not.
Each box contains a fuse puller. It is white, and looks like a minature clothes pin. You could easily mistake it for a fuse.
Remember there is a fuse box inside the vehicle, too. Refer to your owner's manual. The manual also has clear and descriptive diagrams of the fuse box.
The biggest cautionary note is not to install larger fuses than are called for. You would be looking for trouble by doing this.

It is easy to get the covers off: just pinch all the clasps simultaneously and lift up. Done!
The RDX extra fuses are in the fuse box cover. In the photo below, you will see five of them stacked in the cover at the top left of the diagonal. The fuse puller is right next to them.

The Sedans all have similer fuse boxes. These are the ones where you will see diagonal lines in the diagram indicating which ones are spares. If you can't figure out which way to view the diagram, look for an arrow in the diagram showing which direction is the front.

The TL, TSX, and RL fuses boxes are all very similar. In the photo above, the extras are the two red ones, top left, and the three small ones (blue, green, yellow) in the lower left corner. Again, the cover indicates these areas with diagonal lines.
The MDX is the most difficult to determine which are the extras. In the photo below, the extras on the passenger side fuse box can be seen top right, multi-colored row of five.

The other MDX under-the-hood fuse box (below), is next to the battery. Here, too, you will see a brightly colored row of five extras. And the fuse puller is right there in the center looking like a small white clothes pin.

ONE VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not hardwire any aftermarket electronics to any of the Acuras...It will very likely lead to problems. Call an authorized service center before you do anything to the electronics.
